Booking & Reservation Policy

At Hotel Prime Palace, we are committed to providing a seamless and transparent booking experience. Please review the following terms and conditions regarding your reservation.
1. Reservation & Confirmation
Booking Confirmation: A reservation is only guaranteed once a confirmation email or message has been issued by the hotel.
Advance Payment: To secure your room, a deposit (or full payment, depending on the rate plan) may be required at the time of booking.
Walk-ins: Subject to availability. We recommend booking in advance, especially during peak tourist season.
2. Check-In & Check-Out
Check-In Time: 12:00 PM (Noon)
Check-Out Time: 11:00 AM
Early Check-In / Late Check-Out: Subject to availability. Additional charges may apply for early arrivals or late departures. Please contact the Front Desk in advance.
3. Identification Policy
As per Government of India regulations, all guests (including minors) must present a valid, original Government Photo ID upon arrival.
Accepted IDs: Aadhar Card, Passport, Driving License, Voter ID.
Note: PAN Cards are not accepted as valid proof of address/identity for hotel stays.
4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Free Cancellation: Bookings cancelled 48 hours prior to the check-in time are eligible for a full refund.
Late Cancellation: Cancellations made within [Insert hours] hours of arrival will incur a charge equivalent to one night’s room tariff.
No-Show: If a guest fails to arrive without prior notice, the total amount of the reservation (or one night’s retention) will be charged.
Refunds: Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original mode of payment.
5. Child & Extra Person Policy
Children (0-6 Years): Stay complimentary when sharing existing bedding with parents.
Children (6-12 Years): Additional charges may apply for meals or extra mattresses.
Adults/Children (12+ Years): Considered an adult; an extra person charge will apply for the provision of an extra mattress/bed.
6. General Rules
Pets: No
Damage: Guests are responsible for any damage caused to hotel property during their stay.
Rights of Admission: The hotel management reserves the right of admission and may refuse service to anyone acting in an unlawful or unruly manner.
